Waste data is commercial information. We treat it that way.
What we collect
Company and contact details, project location, waste stream descriptions, quantities, laboratory characteristics and any documents or photographs you choose to submit.
Why we collect it
To assess whether a waste stream warrants technical investigation, to determine candidate technology pathways and to respond to your enquiry.
Confidentiality
Feedstock data and laboratory reports are treated as commercially confidential and shared internally only with the engineering and development personnel assessing the enquiry.
Retention
Enquiry information is retained for as long as the opportunity remains under consideration, and thereafter as required for legitimate business or legal purposes.
Third parties
We do not sell personal information. Data may be shared with Technotherm or specialist advisors where necessary to evaluate a project, under equivalent confidentiality expectations.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by writing to projects@prestigethermal.energy.
